Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All shipments are processed in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

We experience higher volume of orders between September and March. During this time, shipments may be delayed by a few days. During this time, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of shipment of your order, we will contact you. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to to allow returns on hair items (scrunchies) due to the nature of the product. If you have any issues with your scrunchie order, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right.

Shipping charges for your order can be estimated using the "estimate shipping" link in your shopping cart. Otherwise, shipping will be displayed during checkout. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
