Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 10 days of the original purchase date. 

Returns must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, including tags and packaging. Shipping costs of returns is non-refundable and the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If you are returning your item for an exchange, you will need to return your item for a refund. Once the refund is completed, you will need to purchase the correct item. 

If your item was defective due to materials or craftmanship, please contact us at orders@timberandvineco.com right away so that we can replace the item for you.
